Ramadan is the holiest and most sacred month in Islam. To celebrate with our full zeal and zest, we prepare for weeks beforehand, buying and preparing special dishes for the month.

Mental Health Training: March 2021 Workshop

Somali Community Resettlement Services organized mental health training to increase awareness about mental health and to end stigma associated with mental health. Participates learned about the connection between mental health and physical health. Participates were provided opportunity to engage and ask questions. Survey was taken after the training. 90% of the participates found the training educational and stated they will use what they learned in the training to support others in the community.
